Power/Vinyasa Flow

In this class you breath, sweat and finish class relaxed and energise. This class pushes you to dive deeper into your practice. We stay longer in each pose to increase focus, strength and concentration.

What do you need?

Laptop/phone and a comfortable space to stand and lay down on the floor

Online classes will be delivered on Zoom.


Zoom is a great video conference platform that enables us to connect to each other. Zoom is also user friendly. 


You can join the online class by using audio and video or just by audio. Both ways you are able to see me.

After booking a class I will send you the zoom link to join the yoga session.
